start using custom config group

make it possible to allow config groups after the configuration has been loaded, replacing the default group with the custom group if necessary. Including test case.

change parameter names to reflect the standard Java Coding conventions

do not just print out exceptions, but rethrow them.

added strategy to init

getting rid of "bse" in the code, renaming everything to "cadyts".

renamed lots of classes from (new)PtBse* to CadytsPt*, as "bse" is no longer a public name in my understanding.

untested method to generate r output file. output path not set yet either.
