last commit before deleting logger tasks from functional part of the software

park and ride router now replaces the pt trip by a walk leg if it has a lower disutility (Pt router does so). Added some tests, in particular of the consitency of the PnR Pt part with the result of a routing with the transit router.

memory improvements by using own map implementation for storing inlinks and outlinks of nodes (around 20% for switzerland-navigation network, ~1m links). It seems even a bit faster now (org.matsim.core.router.RoutingTests uses about 5% less time on my machine)
