stuck agents are now again reporting the mode in the stuck event.

This was achieved by retrofitting the PersonDriverImpl in a way that it would return Mode=null when it is beyond the last plan element.

transit drivers at the end of their tour are no longer "stuck". Technically, this is achieved by adding another activity with endTime=INFTY, which is currently the correct way of saying that someone has arrived and is not planning anything else.

This final activity of transit drivers is not in their plan and will thus not be visualized!!!

One test had to be modified since it was tested if these drivers were throwing a stuck event. Which they are now no longer doing.

renaming a getLinkCost() to getLinkCost_per_m(), since this is how it is used (and in other context, linkCost means the cost of the full link)
