[r18772] by vsp_nagel transit drivers at the end of their tour are no longer "stuck". Technically, this is achieved by adding another activity with endTime=INFTY, which is currently the correct way of saying that someone has arrived and is not planning anything else. This final activity of transit drivers is not in their plan and will thus not be visualized!!! One test had to be modified since it was tested if these drivers were throwing a stuck event.
