[r18752] by vsp_nagel activating the use of qvehicle.getSizeInEquivalents() for the flow capacity calculation in the qnetsimengine (more specifically, in QLinkImpl). As far as we can tell, nobody is using this EXCEPT for transit vehicles, which seem to have a hard coded sizeInEquivalents of 5.
