prototypical implementation of a park and ride simulation, relying on the multi-stage routing framework

various changes:
-removed the "leg with main mode", as it was not copied at plan replication in standard modules
-added convenience methods in TripRouter, to include easily a trip in a sequence of plan elements
-added a TimeAllocationMutator which does not touch the "stage" activities ("black list")
