adapt parameters of chessboard scenario

corrected the graph output path to allow using the module outside of the iteration (resulted in a NullPointerException before)

first running emob version

reverted the previous change in the utility specification:
-using the herbie scoring function with teleportation pt results in much more attractive pt than expected
-analysis on runs done with the "old" utility specification was more difficult

small utility to generate plans optimal according to the traffic flows, for all agents, with different settings. This allows to create statistics on the improvements given by joint trips on scores and travel times, as well as on the individual characteristics of car-poolers and non-car poolers.
