Fernando Perez pointed out that there was a problem with the src
distribution of matplotlib-0.63 and python2.2.

I fixed these, and uploaded matplotlib-0.63.4.tar.gz to the
sourceforge site.

Should work for python2.2, but w/o date or mathtext support.
