[matplotlib-devel] PATCH: matplotlib.text.Text.cached causing problems

Here's a proposed patch for the caching problem in text.py.
(I'm sending it before someone actually adds
matplotlib.text.Text.cached = {}
to, e.g., matlab.close(). Oh, the horror :-)
