[matplotlib-devel] Problem with matplotlib-0.54.2 numarray-0.9 Windows binary

The windows binary for matplotlib-0.54.2 and numarray-0.9 was
accidentally built against Numeric rather than numarray.  It works,
provided you have Numeric installed,  but doesn't serve its intended
purpose of providing improved performance with numarray-0.9.

I uploaded a new binary to sf.net to replace the old one:

Anyone who doesn't have Numeric installed or who is frustrated with the
performance from the 0.54.2-numarray-0.9 installer should download and
re-install.
