Doing azal.locator_params(nbins=4) azal = rif.add_subplot(111) azal.plot(eels*(10**9), averspe, label='data') azal.plot(eels*(10**9), beck, label='fit') the program runs but locator_params doesn't do anything doing: azal.yaxis.locator_params(nbins=4) azal = rif.add_subplot(111) azal.plot(eels*(10**9), averspe, label='data') azal.plot(eels*(10**9), beck, label='fit') it continue to say that yaxis has not this attribute.
