[matplotlib-devel] Download links on 'installing' page?

I just noticed that the installation page points to the old github
download page:

http://matplotlib.org/users/installing.html

https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/downloads

I think it should point to the website download page:

http://matplotlib.org/downloads.html

Is that right?

https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/pull/2821

If so - what should happen to the github downloads page?
