Hi Kristen, The PS backend is broken on my Win2k system too. I can only save as png, which isn't all that useful. I reported this a few weeks ago and I hope to get a chance to look at it next week to see if I can work out what's going on. It's good to get confirmation that it's not just my Windows installation that's doing this.
