You can now download the first Harmony toolbox for GNU Octave and Matlab/Simulink from MatLinks.net (check it out!). We're looking to continue developing the MatLinks website, and the MatLinks Toolchest, so that by the end of June 2000 we can really offer you what we promise: an excellent toolbox containing the "best of the best" toolboxes out there for GNU Octave, Matlab and Simulink. - JAD
