#6 still: install problem in Win NT 4.0

Sorry to be repetitive in the here but...

I've tried most of the tips given with the other bug
reports, but Octave still doesn't seem to install
correctly. I'm running Window NT 4.0, and so I can't
boot into a safe mode. I cannot find any files after
the installation named setup.bat. I edited octave.bat,
and start to reflect the correct directories; then I
renamed RXVT.exe to rxvt.exe, and that seemed to make
something more work, but I still don't get into
Octave. Is there anything else I can do, short of
getting the GNU C compiler, CVS,FTP,SSH, and the
Octave source, and wrestling it out?

---If the installation process were documented
somewhere, it would be easier to get inside and make
it work myself.
