#13 Problem writing Binary files (LF = CR +LF)

I try to write character code 10 (0x0a) in a file and instead octave
writes 13 followed by 10 (0x0d followed by 0x0a), exactely as if it
write a CR LF instead of a LF alone...

the problem doesnot exist with octave for other platform - Darwin -
Linux -
