#12 Cmake enable-doc options is not used

The enable-doc option for building mathgl docs with cmake is wrongly used in the CMakeLists.txt file and as a result the docs do not build even though one uses cmake -Denable-doc=on. I think this bug was introduced with version 2.0.1 (and persists in version 2.0.2) as in version 2.0.0 it worked fine. The attached patch corrects this error.
