Right-click on the dat file, and choose open with->choose programs->notepad. From notepad's file menu, select, Format->Font->Lucida Sans Unicode.
In the Lowlist.dat, you can add wich ever symbol you want to the lowlist, and in the keys.dat you can associate any symbol with any keyboard key.
Use the Start->all programs->Accessories->system tools->Character Map Application to find the symbols. Choose the Lucida Sans Unicode Font there as well.
