The docs for "timing level 1" do not mention how
increments are to be specified. Please add.

The opt="-X .." for the tester does not work; it might
be a good idea to extend the timer to have the same
functionality.

Fixed in .tex file. Will require next release to fix in
tarfile, and next latex2html to fix on website.
