Which the command line program 'xtermset' or 'xtermcontrol' I can change the title of the 'mrxvt' or 'xterm'. I can not change the color in 'mrxvt' which this programs.

use the perl script mrxvtset.pl or settitle.c found in the source archive of mrxvt. the popup menus in the next release of mrxvt will help you too :)
