When the SVN tip is built under Cygwin (100% of available packages installed, freshly updated), the top-level Tabs and View menus appear, but none of their second-level menus can be shown.

Built per instructions, modified only to use: " ./configure --enable-everything --disable-debug"
Compiler: gcc 4.3.2

I've attached a gz of the stripped binary (the only thing small enough to attach).

Forgot to mention that I'm using the supplied mrxvtrc, modified only to have black text on a white background.
