Hi Guys,
How to get or export data from MatCont plots for reuse in any other data plotting software?
In fact I have seen this question tackled many times in the forums, but failed to implement in from my Ubuntu distro (linux based OS).

I figured it out!
I first taught I had to go to a hidden directory of the system where data are stored in a temporary files.
In fact, I just have to go where MatCont was installed and look for
cd MatCont7p4/Systems/ModelName/diagramwhere
ModelNameis the name you gave to your model. All the data you generated for that model are stored there.Thanks you,

Hi Guys,
I managed to plot a resonance curve in Matcont, the relationship between frequency and amplitude, I would like to extract the data from Matcont to plot the figure in another software. Does anyone know if it is possible to export this data? And if it is possible to expose to a file in excel?

When using the GUI, the data is stored in a folder
1/Systems/#2/Diagram/
where
1 is the folder containing MatCont
2 is the name of your system
You can load the .mat file of that continuation-run into your Matlab workspace and export it from there.
