  These files are missing from CVS, hopefully we will have this resolved shortly.

  The files have been placed in CVS.
  
  We performed a pretty complete rebuild of the threading system, so it should be more stable with lots of threads (> 4).
  
  The server interface was also rebuilt, so no more annoying session.cfg file. It will parse out an /etc/shadow file.
