Dear Marsbar experts,
I have tried to plot timecourses of a ROI from fMRI images following the instructions given in Marsbar FAQ (http://marsbar.sourceforge.net/faq.html#i-just-want-to-get-raw-timecourses-from-some-images-how-do-i-do-that, question: I just want to get raw timecourses from some images; how do I do that?) However, I don’t get any figure of the timeseries but only a plain Graphics window with the following text:
ROI data
Filename: [Not set]
Description: Data from Heschl_L
Number of time points: 1
Number of regions: 1
Is summarized?: yes
Summary function: mean
Region 1: Heschl_L
The data I loaded is in a nifti format and its size is 91 109 91 579.
Could someone please let me know what I am doing wrong? Why is the number of data points only 1 although the data I loaded has 579 data points. Is it possible to define the time interval which I want to plot (e.g. data points from 200 to 300)?
Any help would be appreciated!
Best,
Maria
