I would like to extract the raw data for each voxel of my roi =
from a set of corresponding unsmoothed images. The problem is that =
i'm doing this for a couple different data sets and I did all of my =
GLM analyses using smoothed data, so my SPM.mat files currently =
specify the smoothed images. Is there any code (similar, perhaps, =
to the cd_images function) that could tell my marsbar design object =
to take the unsmoothed versions of the images specified in my =
SPM.mat files, assuming that those unsmoothed images are still =
saved in the same directories as the smoothed images? =20
