Ah - I don't remember answering - sorry about that. No, the problem
is that the adjusting functions are all in an SPM code fragment, which
is highly linked to the GUI - spm_graph in SPM, mars_spm_graph in
marsbar. If you look in there, and you know what you are doing, you
could pull out the code to do the adjustments, which is relatively
simple, but I have not as yet done that, sorry to say...
