Hi,
I'm having trouble extracting ROI data in batch mode to get the beta
designs.
I get the error using spm_sample_vol can't open image file. I checked the
images in design and the MATLAB window says they exist. Regardless, I still
get the same error that it can't open the image file. The SPM and ROI files
are in the same path as well. I don't know how else to fix it.
