I have a quick question concerning the definition of an ROI using a single voxel (in mm in MRI coordinates). I.e. I tried to use the GUI via the following path ROI definition -> Build ROI -> Voxel -> coordinate(s) (give coordinates of one voxel) -> coordinate(s) in (choose mm) -> Space for voxel ROI (Base Space for ROIs) However, I get the following error message: ??? Error using ==> maroi_pointlist.maroi_pointlist at 61 Non integer points in voxel space - are points really of type 'mm'? Error in ==> mars_build_roi at 70 o = maroi_pointlist(struct('XYZ', XYZ, 'mat', sp.mat), v); Error in ==> marsbar at 485 o = mars_build_roi; Error in ==> spm at 968 evalin('base',CBs{v-1}) ??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback Thanks for your help, Maren |
