Dear Matthew and marsbar-users: I have recently updated some old analyses from spm99 and getting with = the times have used spm5. For obvious and other reasons I'd like to go = with the latter. Along the route I have anatomical ROIs that were = manually traced based on structural images normalized in spm2. I would = like to use these as ROI masks for the former spm5 results. However, due = to many differences in preprocessing and normalization routines I = haven't found an easy way to make these images compatible (i.e., after = playing around and comparing images they are obviously not aligned). The = simplest answer would seem to be to just rerun the functional analysis = in spm2 from which the ROIs were also created. However, I'm wondering if = there is another relatively simple method to apply the spm2 normalized = ROIs as masks in spm5? Anyone else try anything similar? Please refer me on if this is deemed more of an SPM question, but as = this group works more specifically with ROIs I thought I'd post here = first. I've checked both list archives without much luck.
