Thank you, Matt, for the suggestion. Yes, this is the same problem as Markus's. I used the code you suggested for changing to nearest neighbor re-sampling (adjusted for my filenames, of course), and that step worked just fine. However, when I then go to extract the data using the Marsbar GUI, I have no choice but to use the defaults or "full options" which don't allow for changing resampling, so I seem to be back where I started from. Is there a way, perhaps using more Matlab code, that I can now do the extraction using the re-set sampling method? Having said all this, I should add that I'm working with an old dataset that was created in SPM99, so we've left it as is and are using Marsbar with SPM99. Thank you for all your help!
