Dear MarBaR list:
I have a data set in which the significant voxels are cover a vast,
contiguous stretch of parietal, occipital and temporal cortices. There
are a few very clear peaks in this region, but there are no gaps (of
insignificant voxels) between them. I want to define my ROIs based on
where the peaks are (i.e., define the ROIs around the peaks).
I know I can define the ROIs by eye, or by playing around with the
threshold until the ROIs are separated. But I'd like to define the ROIs
as objectively as possible, e.g., by identifying the peaks that are
separated by a certain minimum distance and identifying significant
voxels within a certain radius of a given peak.
Does anyone already have a MarBaR script that already does something
like this?
Thank you very much,
Jay
