Hello

the voxel size of the roi depends on the way it is defined :
If you build an roi from an image it will take the pixel resolution of 
the choosen image.
Otherwise it will use a default image (one template from spm) and the 
roi will get its voxel size (in case of the
templat 2x2x2). You can change it with the option (edit option) and 
'choose base space for roi' just choose
a volume with a 1x1x1 resolution.
