Hi,
I looked through the archives and didn't find the answer so I wanted to mak=
e=20
sure if my assumptions are correct.
If I plot an FIR time course with shorter time bins than TR I usually get "=
0"=20
at the non-estimateable time bins. But what if I have a higher "virtual=20
resolution" E.g. a TR of 3 seconds and a jitter of 0,1, and 2 seconds betwe=
en=20
Scan and start of the event, which would lead to a virtual TR of 1 second.=
=20
I tried and see some other problems. I also know of the problems of short b=
in=20
times (noise) but wanted to know if this method is valid at least in theory=
=20
anyway.
Thanks for any hints,
Roland
