Hi
I've used AAL ROIs to get data for the basal ganglia (caudate, putamen and
pallidum) of some SPECT IBZM scans. The scans were normalised to an IBZM
template that is an adjusted version of the SPECT template provided by SPM. The basal
ganglia show up quite clearly on the scans as very bright regions, but the
AAL rois don't seem to exactly match. They're not way off, but definitely
somewhat off.
Does anyone have any ideas why this would be the case? (I'm seeing this for
all 12 subjects, so there must be some consistent reason)
Thanks very much
