Actually, no .mat file can be visual and selected. MarsBaR FAQ describe same question but in the > matlab 7 on linux . is there same bug in matlab 7.4 on windowsxp and > how to fix it ? i currently use marsbar 0.41." > > > > > We followed the instructions for changing mars_uifile.m as suggested in the reply, but it did not change the problem. Still, there are no SPM.mat files visible. I see that Luke-68 has also recently experienced this problem in SPM5, but I have not seen any replies to his problem or other posted solutions to it. Has anyone found a solution using SPM5 and Matlab 7.4 on Windows XP to be able to select an SPM.mat file when trying to set design from file?Thank you so much,Krasnow KidlabGeorge Mason University > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Check out the new SourceForge.net Marketplace. > It's the best place to buy or sell services for > just about anything Open Source. > http://sourceforge.net/services/buy/index.php > > _______________________________________________ > Marsbar-users mailing list > Marsbar-users <at> lists.sourceforge.net > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/marsbar-users > Hello, I am having the same problem...I am using Marsbar with SPM5 (Marsbar 0.41, Matlab 7.4, Windows XP), and I am not able to select the SPM.mat files when I try to set design from file. I am wondering if this could be related to the fact that my SPM.mat files were saved as shortcuts files. I don't know which could be the reason for it, but until this moment I haven't had any problem selecting or opening these files in spm5. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sonia |
