[Marsbar-users] Reporting Marsbar results guideline

Dear Marsbar Users

I recently read a paper by Poldrack et al. (Neuroimage 40 (2008)) which
provides guidelines for reporting fMRI data. At the very end of the paper,
there is a section dealing with data from a ROI analysis. Besides a
description of how the ROI was constructed, they propose to report the
following elements (I will simply quote from the paper):
How was signal extracted within ROI (e.g. average parameter estimates, FIR
deconvolution?),
If percent signal change reported, how was scaling factor determined (e.g.
height of block regressor, or height of isolated event regressor?),
Is change relative to voxel mean, or whole brain?

I tried to figure out the answers to this questions using the Marsbar FAQ
and mail-list, but could not find any satisfactory answer. I simply would
like to know the default parameters of Marsbar related to those 3 questions,
in order to be able to report them correctly.
