That's a good idea for a feature, but there's no easy way to do that
in MarsBaR at the moment.
An ugly hack would be to:
Define the box which is straight in the Z plane.
Export to an image.
Rotate the image
Resample to the original with Realign-Reslice selecting the original
image (EPI etc) first and box image second
Import the resampled image as an ROI...
