I never heard of such a problem. And I can't image why it could happen... Neither does M.A.R.S. change any system files (and, if not executed as admin, it can't even if it wanted to) nor I can think of the mentioned libraries doing so. These are just files placed in your filesystems and if there where any other applications which used them they would haven been installed before... I really don't know. If you try again and encircle the problem... let us know!
