#3 Improve Organization data gathering and editing

Currently, a user's organization information is gathered
rather clumsely. It would be nice if it were part of the
registration screen - even nicer would be to make it
something they could select from a list (or create a new
one).

Some potential problems with this could be:

1) Who owns the organization's profile?
2) Would you allow anyone to change that
organization's information?
