#2 Scripture cross-reference hyperlinks in comments

When submitting a prayer request or adding a comment,
it might be helpful to be able to quickly insert a hyperlink
to a bible passage.

As a follow-on, it might be helpful to detect any
hyperlinks in comment text and automatically make that
an active link.
