#1 Email notification of new prayer requests

It would be nice to have an email notification option
available to intercessors when a requestor posts a new
prayer request. Only intercessors in covenant with the
requestor will get the email. The email probably should
contain the text of the prayer request. The intercessor
should be able to opt-out if they do not wish to receive
those kinds of emails.

This could be a global option that applies to all their
requestors or, more preferrably, allow them to select
which requestors they want email notification enabled
for. This could easily be done in the "Select My
Requestors" portlet. You could have a checkbox next to
each "Accepted" requestor.
