I had all the prayer-releated portlets open and tried to
move the "view my prayer requests" portlet up. This
caused 10 portlets to appear in the same browser
window, each portlet duplicated in some seemingly
random order. I wonder if this could be a deployment
issue?

Clarification - each of the 5 portlets appear twice. Deleting
some portlets got my portal back to "normal" -- if the cause is
not due to deployment, it could be a funky javascript thing
