#29 Samurai: store connection details to re-use after restart

Provide a way for the last entered server and nickname to be kept and used as a default for the subsequent connection after a machine restart.
Currently after each machine restart, these details need to be re-entered.
Contemplate adding the channel to join to this information and joining the channel after successful connection.
