The link layers should be using a unique connect method. Connect methods need to be defined for Uthernet, Sweet 16, Active GS/KEGS/GSPort LLs.
Needs to be defined in /Equates/TCPIP.EQU.S and used by the LL source code.
Use 9 - LanceGS, 10 - Uthernet, 11 - Sweet16, 12 - KEGS (ActiveGS? & GSport)

The following values are being used by Ewen: 9 - Reserved (LANceGS currently uses 0001) A - Uthernet B - Sweet16 C - Reserved D - Emulator
