#13 SCSI=>Ethernet Link Layer

Create link layers for the following devices:

Asante SCSI-to-Ethernet Adapter (aka EN/SC)
Cabletron EA412, EA414 or EA419
DaynaPort SCSI/Link-3
Farallon EtherMac

Quote from c.s.a2:
"The main barrier is the limitations of the RamFast card.
The RamFast does not support some features of SCSI
that these adapters use. The Apple High Speed does
support these features."

Programming documentation for these items could be
difficult to obtain. It is likely that each has a different
protocol and will therefore require separate SCSI drivers
and Link Layers.
