#14 PMAP version not detected correctly in configure

1) PMAP CVS version is mandatory to build AAPMAP.
Configure should probably check for lodo2.h include
file (not in the 0.1.0 release)

2) PMAP CVS version must be patched to avoid OpenGL
dependant code to be build when not activated. Three
options :

a) Submit correction on mailing list
b) Ask to have access on pmap cvs to do the correct
c) Include pmap code in MARIE's distribution until
those problems are corrected in CVS
