The source code has been released under the LGPL.

The final step is to release a linux source tarball.

I've uploaded the win32 binaries.
I'm going to put together 2 different source packages for download in the coming days. The first will be just the plain sources and the second will be a linux source tarball primed for installation via ./configure, make, make install.
