After starting a new game at 2560x1600 and switching to full screen, there are problems with the auto-map. Activating it and walking around eventually causes the player icon to massively speed up and bounce around invisible walls. The forward key also starts moving the player backwards on the automap, and vice versa.
Also after the automap is disabled there are severe rendering artifacts in the main game, as shown in the attached screenshot.
I’m running 0.23.3 on Windows 7 (64 bit).
I’ve traced the problem to enabling the direct draw/direct input setting. If I disable this things work fine.
The 1.0 betas remove the DirectDraw setting to improve Windows 7 compatibility.
