#514 crashes on startup with opengl shader enabled

i just downloaded the new aleph one version (0.23) and when i try to start the game with the new openGL shader mode active, it starts, shows me the beginning chapter screen, and then gives an assertion failure at line 55

i looked in the log, and it wasnt recorded. all my scenarios do this.

    it's intel, i dont know the exact details. i know aleph one disagrees wth intel, because i had some problems with it earlier (my game would crash when i opened the automap while openGL was active) but when i upgraded to windows 7 those issues were resolved. apparently it was a driver problem.

    could it be the same issue?
