#512 winA1 v0.23 - #static broken

build: WinA1 0.23 release
reproducable: with attached map file

sadly on my machine the #static tag in the terminals is broken using both the software and classic renderer.
The youngest build where it still works for me is the 0.22 preview build

I've attached a demo map :P
